My 2.5G LAN port on my MSI X570 MEG ACE has been giving issues since I bought this Motherboard. My experience with MSI technical support and RMA repair shop has been pretty abysmal. I told them my next laptop wont be a MSI. I have been told my hard disk is not ok and needs to be replaced!!! I think all the MSI laptops are so bad that the technical support team does not have time to send me the OS link.
I have been following up and they keep saying they will send it. That was on March 30th and today is 6th April. They asked me to send an email and told me they will send me the link to the OS which I can install on my own. Solution: Went to the service center in Hyderabad by they behaved in such a bad way I took it back.Ĭalled up the service center number (022 4912 5588). Last week my laptop crashed and i could not do a factory reset as the blue screen kept coming in a loop. Upgraded from win10 to win 11 and its as slow as a snail. Battery adapter conked off in 2 years - Had to run from pillar to post to get a new one.ģ. Solution: Got a new one but of no help so I had to use Feviquik to glue it.Ģ.
Got it repaired but the screen keeps popping off. Since I got it I have faced the following issues:ġ.
